Owner global scope 1 & 2 GHG emission reduction strategy & budget. Accountable for global well, plant and pipeline integrity, maintenance, operations excellence, warehouse+logistics. Owner global joint venture influencing strategy, Core member of Investment Committe, Owner of Strategic Market Entry Study into Geothermal Busn.

Overall accountability for Wintershall Dea’s first HPHT (High Pressure-High Temperature) subsea gas field development project (420m water depth). Total investment 1.1 billion €; around 100-million-barrel 2p reserves & 55.000 boepd plateau production to heat more than 2 million homes; with 60 direct and around 1000 third party project team members. Project burn rate 2019/2020 was about 1 million €/day.

Full technical responsibility for DEA Norge’s operating and partner-operated business with around 70 licenses (E&P) and 54.000 boepd production. Responsible for the organisational transformation of a non-operating company to an operating company during the post-merger integration phase between DEA Norge and E.ON E&P Norge 2016/2017. Additionally, the Head of the DEA Norge Due Diligence Team for the 2nd merger in 2018 between DEA Norge and Wintershall Norge . Reporting to the MD of DEA Norge As.

Overall responsibility for Germany’s largest oilfield Mittelplate (>50% of German oil production) situated in the National Park Wattensea. The responsibility included the offshore installation and the onshore site Dieksand with its processing and pipeline installations and 50 wells some of them extended reach > 9000m. The staff organisation was around 100 people and about 120 people offshore. The position reported to the SVP Production in Europe. CAPEX: ~70m€/a, OPEX: ~40m€/a P&L responsibility >400m€/a
