Leading the production transformation from CKD (completely knocked down) to SKD (semi-knocked down) for mobile port machinery Implement the PDI (pre-delivery inspection) center for hydraulic excavator to improve the customer satisfaction and quality. Leading the ISO 9001 audit and successfully certified by TÜV Rheinland. Managed the annual budget ca. 4 m Euro/year with 100% achievement.

Responsibilities: Structure design, hydraulic, electric, documentation, test & prototype and quality. Developed the new generation of reach stacker 4539, with lots of new technologies and innovations Quality improvement, product warranty claim reduced by 40% compared with previous year, which is benefiting from the implementation of 5M1E, PDCA methodology. Managed the annual budget ca. 3 m Euro/year with 100% achievement.

Responsibilities:design, hydraulic, electric, documentation, CE compliance, Test and Prototype, with a team of ca. 40 engineers / technicians coming from more than eight countries. Developed two models of Reach Stacker, eight models of Empty Container Handler and two models of Heavy Duty Fork Lift in Germany with close cooperation with SANY Port Business Unit in China. Localization of seven models of hydraulic excavator for European market in terms of CE compliance and customization.

Support the R&D director (German nationality) who is managing the whole team with ca. 200 engineers and technicians, which are located in Germany, China and USA. Fully involvement of developing two models of concrete pump and two models of concrete mixer, which are tailor designed for European market especially in terms of customer preference satisfaction and product compliance.

Fully involvement in the development and implementation of the company strategy

Technical support, product introduction for oversea customers and dealers. Order review and production follow up for oversea orders.

Trainee Program with practical focus on product design and production. Structure design for asphalt paver.
