Medical Affairs

Created programs and ad hoc projects in Medical and Scientific Affairs to support strategic initiatives and improve effectiveness, including implementation/maintenance of project dashboard for Medical Affairs Head. Efficiently managed full life-cycle projects, clinical studies, and Medical Affairs project portfolio. Monitored milestones via weekly review meetings, toolkits, and strategies to continuously improve project values and contribution to the bottom line.

Managed Blood Gas and Electrolytes Program, from training regional managers to preparing product launch materials associated with introduction of new blood gas system. Researched market trends, including ability to target emerging and unmet medical needs. Planned and executed comprehensive product launch, from milestone identification to maintaining timetable, budget, and high-level quality. Created routine reports on portfolio progress.

Delivered technical support to global affiliates and training on laboratory systems in the field by collaborating with Safety and Investigational Units, as well as R&D, Evaluation and Production Departments.

Delivered training on all aspects of product use, ranging from installation procedures and technical sales features to demonstrations and analysis of problems. Created potential solutions and communicated from the front-line to corporate authorities. Produced and edited technical documents. Represented company in conducting instrument sales demonstrations at VIP presentations and major trade shows, such as clinical diagnostics symposium.
