Fredes Flyvende Tallerken is a gourmet restaurant in Århus, Denmark. I was responsible for hiring, and managing restaurant and bar staff, in charge of the continuous staff care, organized work schedules, small and big parties and waitered in the restaurant and bar myself. Additionally, I maintained all the contact with our wine suppliers and kept our wine menu up to date with the monthly menu in the restaurant.
