As a director of presales and consulting, I am responsible for achieving a profit and productivity quota made up of the combined expectations of the sales and consulting resources. I supports sales productivity and deal flow by securing the deal in complex solutions. Collaborate with sales, and technical support resources to ensure proposed deals include technical solutions that accurately address customer needs, and are appropriately supported by key customer technical decision-makers.
Competitive and Market Intelligence (CMI) team is responsible for analyzing the market trends, understanding the key competitors for each market and at the macro level the impact to SAP’s overall strategic direction and execution at a global and regional level.
Lead customers through all stage of system implementations, including requirement determination, gap analysis, business process reengineering, issue resolution, configuration, function specification (WRICEF), coaching, go-live, and post implementation support. Participate in the sales opportunities from business development, lead qualification, Request for Proposal, technical need analysis, to closure.
A single point of contact for the North America Sales and Marketing organization in a multiple roll-out of CRM solutions. The role includes participated in global/local blueprint, reviewed and approved functional design, tested solution, planned, and executed data migration/conversion and supported the roll-out.
