Facilitating TGN's international expansion efforts in network development. Plan, oversee and report on new content initiatives. Grew Spanish channel to 1m VPM within 2 months.

Post acquisition, I continued to serve as Head of Ops and International Markets until the role could be split in September 2013 to allow me to focus completely on International Markets.

I established TGN's business model as an MCN on YouTube, handled operations and led our expansion efforts into international areas, covering content acquisition, content production, partner support, and community building. I helped build TGN's communities and facilitated partner support. As a video maker, I was responsible for providing high-quality gameplay videos and tutorials for TGN's hub channel, for games such as "Plants vs. Zombies", "Battlefield 3", and "World of Warcraft".
