Over 15 years of experience in quality assurance/food proccessing for national, global food processing companies such as AVOD AŞ, DÖHLER AŞ, HARIBO AŞ, AFROTURCO AŞ; start-up/scale-up plant design, production line installations, quality system, food safety certification set up.

• Coordination and management of quality control unit)(10 members) such as raw material, suppliers, side inputs controls, process and final product controls, cleaning and hygiene applications, QC team management, physical, chemical, and microbiological laboratory operations, and FOD team(8 members/Foreign Object Detection Team which are established by different departments such as Production, Packaging, T.Maintenance, etc.).

• Management of production unit/warehouses of IIS which is produced sauce and fruit prep. and base compounds. Monitored operations to ensure they worked towards defined Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets. • Preparing data trend analyses of production performance, and customer complaints and reporting to the top management and developing PCAs to prevent the re-occurrence. • Planning, applying IIS QS improvements, and participating international customer/supplier/3rd visits as a company representative.

I started to work for our family company Alp İnşaat Ltd after I moved to my hometown Istanbul, which is working for the public and private sectors. Management of blue-collar operations(over 50 members), production planning, and verification studies with production and other relevant departments.
