Working closely with private equity houses and CFOs in evaluation of investment opportunities and capital raising strategies; Industries served included among others financial services, real estate, pharma, health care, FMCG, automotive, media, publishing, telecom, engineering, energy and utilities.

Assisted private equity houses and MNCs with acquisitions and disposals; in negotiating financial packages with financing banks; preparation of financial and tax models; post-deal implementation of the transaction structure, its presentation in the Group´s statutory and IFRS accounts, defending the structure in front of the Group´s auditors and financing banks.

Leading the preparation of carve out of a business unit from a multinational group; Design and implementation of go forward financial control, finance management and tax systems; Leading the merger of selected Group companies including the set up of post-merger financial and reporting systems.

Managing restructuring projects of large Slovak companies on behalf of the banks and restructuring work for local subsidiaries of multinational clients; Involvement in a variety of special projects including structuring of acquisitions, set up of joint-ventures and shared service centres, inward and outward investments, performing due diligence, lending operations and cash pool arrangements.
