Lead Component Engineer working cross-carline and across all development Model Years, full responsibility for the product development of the Auto-Transmission and later the Emergency Park Release system, found on ~60% of the Jaguar Land Rover fleet. Launch Engineer for Transmissions & Driveline, all Jaguar applications. Responsible for ensuring a seamless transition from Product Development to Manufacturing, for Transmission & Driveline components.

Responsible for the implementation and championing of Lean production processes on an established Electro-Optic product. Key facets to this role included effective influencing of key production staff, Value-Stream Analysis of complete production processes and phased introduction of Lean processes. Additional responsibilities included maintenance management of all product production facilities and the management of facility-replacement Capital projects.
