1.5% of global plastic waste comes from one product - pallet foil. One reusable pallet wrap can save over 350kg of plastic, or €750 in plastic film expenses over its life. Through our reusable wrap pooling system and automated wrapping machines, Bearhug aims to provide a scalable alternative to the use of plastic film in pallet transport, enough of which is produced each year wrap around the planet 16,500 times.

Conducting detailed interviews with social housing residents to gather research on energy use.

Is sustainability only for the wealthy? Working in a group of 6 through a 12-week project, we sought to answer how sustainability can be embedded in NSWs social housing system at a community level. This involved close work with both Ventia and the UTS Social Impact Lab, as well as social housing residents around the Glebe area.
