End–to–End lead of internal bank projects starting from initiation through test management and finishing with launch

* Steering of the Project portfolio initiated by Risk Management units (from Holding as well as from local CEE entities) with the annual budget of EUR 40M * Supervising Projects in the following areas – Rating and Lending Processes, Anti-fraud Management, Anti-money Laundering, Compliance, RWA calculation, Regulatory Risk Reporting, Work out and Early Collection, Group Data Pool (Group DWH)

-Managing the Program / Projects concerning the implementation and integration of Risk Management systems (i.e. solutions for Application Rating, Behavioral Scoring, Loan Application Workflow and Application Fraud Detection) within the Erste Group (in Holding as well as in local CEE entities) with the annual budget of EUR 5M

* Responsibility for the design and implementation of technical solutions and processes for Risk Management * Reengineering lending processes in Slovenska sporitelna, preparing methodology for credit products and collateral management

Loan Underwriting - Processing, analysis and assessment of applications for credit products (including project financing) in term of all aspects of risk and creditability of corporate clients (analysis of financial statements, business plans, contracts)
