• Business Transition: onboarding new business and establishing new processes • Building and maintaining strong relations with Allfunds Headquarter office • Integration of the fund’s databases of both companies during the merger phase • Specialist in Trade Support: Daily support of the dealing team in placing orders (subscriptions, redemptions, transfers), settlement team (SSI/payment instructions), reconciliation team, and immediate clarification of any data discrepancies and system issues

• Manage, onboard, modify, and maintenance of funds data in the main system (security accounts, settlement instructions, reflecting events due to the corporate action events, setup of funds based on PPM/OM) • Onboard new mutual and hedge funds, FOFs, M-F Funds, and open new Share classes • Daily contact with Transfer Agencies, Client Account desk, and trade execution division • Clarification of any discrepancies in the client’s accounts and preparing explanations for clients and managers when needed

• Accurate and timely booking of transactions executed on investment instructions in respect of their correctness and completeness • Troubleshoot issues related to NAV, Management, and Admin Fees • Timely answering to queries related to duties performed, client’s requests, adhering to high standards of business correspondence

• Responsible for checking prize money and ensuring that regulations and standards are being obeyed • Taking care of very demanding clients, anticipating their requests, and putting their needs in first place
