• Project-managed the implementation of a core banking system named ICBS from Fiserv. • Managed a cross-functional team of 12 staff and project budget of 2 M€. • Planned and executed company-wide training, testing, quality assurance and rollout.

• Project-managed the design and creation of the Bank’s Internet site. • Created Prototypes for various Intranet applications. • Performed feasibility studies and pilots for optical archiving, document and image-management and information retrieval systems.

• Designed and developed an interface to Reuters Dealing 2000 for the foreign exchange market with on-line data processing and integrated front/back office position keeping. • Automated PC-Mainframe communications. • Functional analysis and project-management of an integrated foreign exchange treasury position keeping system in various Unix environments, co-developed with Italian and foreign software houses.

• Consulted in the reorganization and implementation of the information services for the integration of Citibank Italia and Citifin Treasuries. • Refined and finalized a Trading Management Information System featuring concurrent US/Italian Trading and Investment Bond P/(L) and position keeping. • Prepared executive presentations using multimedia software. • Provided technical assistance and consultancy to expat and executive directors.
