Managed financial planning and analysis for Customer Service business unit for Collins Aerospace ($4B annual revenues)

Implemented lean processes (office and factory) based on the Toyota Production System for Colfax Corp at sites in Germany (Colfax Business System). Developed and led lean event workshops (kaizen, VSM, TPM, Standard Work, Policy Deployment.)
