Full direction of the teams for each language: recruitment, training, coordinating, project management. Innovation: Creating new grammar and style correction features, and establishing the pipelines/workflows to implement them. Daily QA, collaboration with machine learning/AI departments in the form of providing linguistic insight. Overall software improvement/debugging.

Complete organization, from the inception of the event to the physical congress. Communication with partners and venues across the globe in their respective languages.

Planning and teaching of linguistics courses, seminars, and tutorials; editing and proofreading of scientific publications; directing theses; organization of international conferences in Potsdam; support for international guest researchers; various administrative responsibilities

Support for international students at the University of Potsdam (support and contact with home universities in English, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese); organizing information events; administration (databases, filing etc.)
