- Manage engineering of maintenance train project. - Lead two engineering suppliers in order to provide optimum design and integration. - Ensure meeting customer's requirements, including safety and legal obligations. - Coordinate different departments to meet project milestones and proactively take action to prevent any delay. - Support purchasing department on supplier selection via technical evaluation of offers and negotiation.

- Development and release of front axle components and their fixings and provide integration in electrical minibus. - Close collaboration with Project Management team to meet project timing. - Support the manufacturing plant in implementation of new designs. - Coordinate suppliers with daily meetings to overcome bottlenecks, speeding up the implementation processes. - Support purchase department on technical side, provide an effective communication between purchase and supplier.

- Focus on managing knuckle, hub and bearing projects globally in order to provide cost savings or quality improvements. - Lead suppliers relationship to solve quality problems with tools and methods such as G8D, APQP, DFMEA, PFMEA etc. - Gather and evaluate cost savings opportunities and run feasibility. - Provide an effective communication between supplier and internal departments and implement a smooth introduction on time. - Support supplier and product planning department to meet project milestones.

- Development and release of suspension components such as FLCA, Toe link, Subframes and implementation into Global programs. - Check the feasibility of cost reduction ideas and lead suspension TVM releases. - Develop business cases, evaluating investment costs and savings to determine the best profit. - Coordinate the communication chain between supplier and internal teams to prevent any roadblock.

- Development of rear axle components such as housings, axle shafts, differential carriers and implementation into Global Cargo Programs. - Responsible for design & standard part release. - Support quality management team ensuring coordination among product development, suppliers and customers. - Manage the target cost, quality and timing plans, preparing roadmaps & action plans.
