M&A Transaction Services - Financial Due Diligence

Taking an active role in conducting financial due diligence both for strategic buyers and private equity funds with a focus on target companies in the Over-the-top media service, Transportation, Manufacturing, and E-commerce industries. Performing and presenting detailed analyses on trading results, quality of earnings, net working capital, and net debt position of target companies through reviewing accounting records and conducting interviews with management. Contributing to the report-writing process.

Performing independent audit procedures of financial statements prepared in accordance with IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards). Participating in various stages of audits: analytical reviews, budgeting, planning, and financial statement preparation. Assisting in the completion of audit engagements in a wide variety of industries. Preparing samples of transactions to be vouched and traced for each cycle.
