- Responsible for the Cisco Developer Network Program (former AVVID 3’rd Party Partner Program) - Responsible for new Cisco applications like MeetingPlace 7.0, Cisco Unified Video Conferening Manager. - Responsible for Unified Communications for the financial market segment in Germany. - Win the largest Unified Communications fincance customer in Germany (with more than 30.000 IP Telephones) - Speaker at Cisco Expo Trade Fair show with more than 450 attendees

- Responsible for the Cisco AVVID 3’rd Party Partner Program in Germany. Partner applications like: billing, voice recording, switchboard, personal productivity tools. - Responsible for new Cisco application MeetingPlace and its go to market strategy (technically and businesswise). - Press coverage concerning IP Telephony. This includes press round tables, support tests for press articles and writing articles. - Speaker at Trade Fair show events, Technology Workshops, Customer Workshops

- Pre-Sales Support for IP Telephony and responsible for the German localisation of the Cisco applications (CallManager, Personal Assistant, IPCC Express, Softphone etc.) with close relationship with the Engineering BU’s. - New Product testing together with the Engineering BU´s (Personal Assistant, IPCC Express) - Speaker at Technology Workshops, Customer Workshops - Member of the EMEA Technical Advisory Group for IP Telephony

- Pre-Sales support for VoIP and IP Telephony. Responsible for education of the German SE community and the Cisco Channel Partners with the new technology IP Telephony. - Responsible for IP Telephony demo show case for CeBIT trade fair shows. - First SE in Europe who got the second generation IP Telephone up and running. - Creation of a white paper for the German SE community in how to setup a VoIP network and how to successfully configure the Cisco Voice Gateways. - Speaker at Technology Workshops/Even

- Project Manager for the Newbridge ATM Switch 36170. Besides the responsibility for the ATM switch 36170 for Germany a competitive analysis about the ATM Switches from Cisco, Cascade and Newbridge was created.

- Software development for Cascade Multiservice Switch B-STDX 9000 for STM-1/OC-3 interface card and 8 Port E1 ATM card.

- Software development for Cascade Multiservice Switch B-STDX 9000 (Frame Relay – ATM AAL5 segmentation and reassembly transport layer SW for ATM STM-1/OC-3 interface card. Written in “C” and assembler.) - Software development for Packet Switching System EWSP (Controller SW in “C” for AMD RISC Processor)
