I have recently joined DCU as a Lecturer in Management teaching modules on Strategic Management to undergraduate and postgraduate students

To provide pastoral and welfare supports to the students. To develop a relationship with students under care and maintain discipline within the university self-catered residences.

Presently I am working as a research assistant at XSPO . My research area spans from Engineering to the Management side. Presently I am working in the area of Service Operations, and Business Process Modeling and looking at the link between operations performance and customer loyalty/satisfaction in my present research. I am keen in developing process models/charts for the business firms.

I have been appointed as a Secretary in the Student Council election for the 2007-2008. I would be representing the postgraduate students studying at School of Business & Economics, and would be responsible for raising their concerns to the School Board Members, as well as organizing socials for them.

Student Mentors promote social emulsification/cohesion, encouraging participation in social events provided by the Students’ Guild, Self-Catering Residents Association and others. Student Mentors are mainly concerned with welfare issues and the promotion of harmonious living and social emulsification and cohesion, referring disciplinary matters to the Senior Resident Tutors. Student Mentors act as the “eyes and ears” of the University authorities, informing the Senior Resident Tutors and Residence Managers.

I was responsible for Meeting students on arrival, issuing keys and helping students to settle in, assistance for students to gain access to health and welfare services. I also offered help to students with any general queries, questions or problems. I was responsible for organizing the social programme, and the preparation of notice boards in the Centre and student accommodation.
