Conduct laboratory testing of electrical and non-electrical Ex equipment. Perform tests for intrinsic safety “i”, increased safety “e”, pressurized enclosure “p”, optical radiation “op” and other Ex requirements. Typically prepare 60–80 sets of test records and reports per year; a typical programme covers 2–6 samples and 5–12 tests. Review technical documentation, Ex marking and compliance; operate and maintain laboratory test equipment.

Perform conformity assessment of electrical and non-electrical Ex equipment against applicable standards and certification requirements. In 2026, worked on 35+ certification projects covering documentation review, equipment assessment, Ex marking, sample selection, expert documentation and customer coordination. Apply IEC 60079 requirements; contribute to R&D on an automated IEC 60079-11 spark test apparatus, including Annex F testing. Member, IEC TC 31/SC 31G/WG 4 since Dec 2025.

Doctoral research focused on theoretical intrinsic safety assessment of complex electrical circuits under IEC 60079-11, including development of a Python-based engineering method.

Master’s degree awarded with distinction. European Diploma Supplement issued. Final thesis focused on methods and instrumentation related to radioactive well logging. Government scholarship holder in priority fields.

Bachelor’s degree in instrumentation and information-measuring engineering. Final thesis focused on the development of an information system for well cementing process support.
