About Hey! I did a travel and community project in Russia, business events in Moscow. I've produced five semi international events, had a team of five people. In parallel, I was a business development assistant to CEOs for three years. There I was leading some projects. For example, I was responsible for the release of a book and 2 researches. Yet, I have had to leave Russia and put my project on pause, looking for a new job. For me, of course, a social project is just an ideal work option now. Before all these terrible events in my country I was looking for and hoping to start a career as a product/producer/project in places, that can change people's lives qualitatively. Our project was about creation of through travel across Russia. - organized 13 long trips, held 3 events in Moscow - recorded six podcasts with the founders of socially significant projects - made 12 jtbd-interviews to understand whether the presence of a psychologist influenced on a purchase decision. Tested hypotheses of different topics, duration and direction of trips. - made a project website firstly by Tilda, then by Readymag - set up effective FB adverts - kept all documentation
