Manage outsourced payroll for 3 countries, incl. payroll reporting, managing changes and payment process. countries: Germany, Switzerland and Austria

Management qualification via talent pool (GT vs. ET), helping line managers and trainers solve specific training problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups,

Generating the monthly payroll for over 1500 employees, coordinate/ develop Compensation & Benefits, creating tax withholding statements in partnership with approximately 12 cantonal tax offices in Switzerland.

Handling the applicants correspondence, entering the personal data of new employees in SAP R/3, revising the SOP's of Human Resources department.
