- research for new potential customers using social platforms (Xing, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter). - contacting the potential customers by email, messages and phone calls for promoting our IT services (software outsourcing). - keep records of potential customers profile and interactions (recording contact information and activities). - identify progress for increasing sales opportunities.

- receiving phone calls and emails from Emerson's employees with questions and request for support. - offering IT support (different software applications) for Emerson's employees, in german and english. - managing employees accounts (Active Directory, Global Directory, Oracle, JDE, etc.). - recording all incoming incidents with the appropriate priority and summary details. - classify and assign tickets to the coresponding workgroup.
