I have been responsible for project management of various web and mobile applications, which includes gathering requirements , coordinate layouts and design, test and deploy the application to clients

Currently responsible for coordinating projects of various food service establishments contracted to Kurry World. This includes end-to-end management of various food & beverage clients such as product development for supermarkets, IT offshore coordination for roll out projects in food services and restaurant operations.

Project Management included developing systems for established franchisees. Main responsibilities were to analyze and plan web-based extranet that would facilitate standardization and profitability. Significant coordination with technology consultants.

Responsible for expanding the group from 2 outlets to 7 outlets in short span, including planning, organizing and setting up of all locations. Achieved goals ahead of time and under budget.

Executive chef in this popular Indian cuisine restaurant in Zurich. Rated as the best Indian restaurant in Switzerland by the press. Was instrumental in developing a range of ready-to-eat pasteurized products for Migros, a supermarket chain in Switzerland with 450 outlets. Also developed a new project: Indian Cooking for Everyone, cookery classes for amateurs and professionals.

Was responsible for start-up operations of specialty Indian chain of restaurants and later given additional task of business development and expansion within the region. Priya now has 4 successful outlets in New Zealand
