As a Commercial Systems Activation Specialist I am managing the rollout of our Tork Global initiative. Managing the release includes everything from creating a project plan, securing the execution and testing, overseeing the preparations and aligning crossfunctional to ensure a seamless integration into the productive operating model. In this role I am also acting as a product owner for our Rollout team, leading a product team to deliver value in enabling the Market rollouts.

I'm responsible for identifying business requirements towards our global Product Information Management System and translate and document them. I proactively drive to continuously improve business opportunities. I participate and facilitate workshops, meetings and presentations. I understand the overall business impact of the different global systems and processes. Working in agile software development using Scrum I learned to deal with uncertainty and managing multiple tasks and shifting priorities.

My main responsibility is the creation and execution of the global content strategy for the B2B online Shops of the key brands. This includes both digital asset and product information management for more then 7000 products. The online Shops are developed in an agile way where I work within the core team (IT + Product Owner) to constantly build new features, measure customer reactions and analyse for further improvements. Additionally, I am the google analytics lead in the Global Marketing team.
