In this position I`m responsible for project management from the first idea until the market launch for chocolate products like Cadbury and Côte d'Or for the worldwide travel retail market. I`m leading large cross-functional project teams including departments from marketing, R&D, finance & regulatory and ensuring the ideas are brought to market on time and to cost.

-Manage inventory levels to balance bounded capital, production costs and service level. -Lead APO/SNP implementation. -Continuous improvement of the CF as well as x-functional processes along the total Supply Chain. -Deliver a high customer service level by ensuring availability of products at lowest possible costs. -Ensure transmission of forecast on SKUs per week level to internal - and external manufacturing. -Perform Back-Up role for CF Manager.

- Secure the product supply from the external co-packers - Project management for implementing new processes within the co-packing network - Support new product development and ensure timely launching of new products - Manage the yearly inventory stock counts at the co-packers - Key-User for SAP-BI
