Strategic project under the Group Managing Director leadership: - Structured Middle East and Africa region with the establishment of a new office in Dubai, dedicated holding, and new premises - Finalized new country set-up in Yemen and managed clinic operations until local management appointment (3-4 months in 2006) - Reviewed, selected and rolled out new clinic software (USD 150k budget) for Nigeria, Ghana, and Yemen. This software has been subsequently selected at Group level

Support to private equity investments in high-tech start-ups: business case review, management team interview, private placement memorandum preparation Member of IVCS selection commitee in Sophia Antipolis

Primarily involved in the telecom sector, projects included: application for telecom license through beauty contest, market review for new entrant, strategic due diligence prior investment, and financial analysis as part of a litigation case

Contract management for all telecom services in Europe, including Global One / Orange

- Simulation of plateform production process on the Draugen offshore field (Shell operated) - Simulation and validation of the Split Table for one of the Haltenbanken field (offshore Mid-Norway)
