Acting as the technical leader in IBM accounts, I was responsible for creating and maintaining trusting relationships at all levels of the client through the knowledge of technology, innovation, industry and mainly understanding the client's corporate architecture. Responsible for bringing innovation and leveraging IBM's strategy in the clients.

Acting as High Availability Leader in IBM accounts in Brasilia, interacting with account executives, architects, product development labs and client executives focusing on improving systems availability. Led important growth initiatives, such as the implementation of IBM GDPS (IBM Geographically Dispersed Parallel Sysplex) in a large bank.

Member of the Advanced Technical Skills (ATS) team for Latin America since its creation in June 2009, led product announcements, produced intellectual capital, led the introducing of new technologies and technical responsibility for complex proofs-of-concepts. Led the technical support for several critical client situations throughout Latin America.

Member of the pre-sales technical team to System z (Mainframe) clients in different industries. Responsible for supporting performance analysis, configurations and leading critical situations until its solution. As an expert in System z security arena, supported the implementation of several new features and products such as cryptographic coprocessors and z/OS PKI Services.

Member of the IBM Support Center (CAC/SW in Portuguese) responsible for supporting System z (Mainframe) clients in MVS DFP (Multiple Virtual Storage Data Facility Product) and DFSMS (Data Facility Storage Management Subsystem) problems, besides the MVS Operating System. I was the team leader of an MVS Operating System support team from 1990 until 1992 as well as being the country second level support (highest country level support) for DFP and DFSMS.

As a Customer Engineer afterwards called Service Representative, I was responsible for supporting and servicing IBM data entry equipments (card punch, card verifier and the IBM 3740 data entry system family) along with the IBM networking equipments (3270 family) in the field. Starting on 1984, I was responsible for supporting /3 and small /370 systems along with the IBM data entry equipments in the field.
