* Responsible for liaison with the supplier on matters relating to the quality system. * Customer complaint handling and submitting of 8D analysis report by involving problem solving team. * Responsible for Implementing and maintaining the quality system that conforms to the requirements of IATF 16949:2016. * Preparing and submitting of PPAP 18 documents such as PSW, PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA study Report and etc.. * Strengthen & Promote company wide Cost reduction activity.

* Responsible for streamlining new development samples by providing support for Manufacturing with CFT Team. * Analysis of Customer quality concerns about new samples & implementation of CAPA and validation of implemented action. * Develop strong Quality system in-line with IATF Standard & Customer requirement to reduce customer complaint. * Coordinating and supporting 8D analysis for customer’s Quality issues. * Joint Inspection with Customer during PPAP & submission of complete documents.

* Interacting with the customer as well as supplier on quality development. * Ensure of control plan, drawing, gauges and instruments are available for inspection at Shop floor. * Communication of customer complaint to team and involving in 8D analysis. * Responsible for New product development and preparation of PPAP Documentation.. * Initial part approval of regular production run using CMM,, Roughness tester, Profile projector and conventional measuring instruments.
