Key responsibilities: - Creating and executing test scenarios and providing status during their progress - Advocating for BDD to guide development - Identifying questions and potential risks at the beginning before implementation - Providing estimates and testing approach on features - Reporting and testing of bugs - Performing of exploratory testing, regression testing, data testing, smoke testing and integration testing - Working with SQL queries for data manipulations and data verification

Key responsibilities: - Introducing and implementing Scrum in the organization - Analyzing and writing requirements - Conceptualizing and writing user guide - Developing test plans and test cases in Microsoft Test Manager - Coordinating the project development - Executing tests sets and analyzing test results - Providing clear and concise feedback to team members - Direct communication with the client and helping with analyzing the needs of the clients

Responsible for: - Administrative questions, - Support and advice for the implementation of the EVS projects: creation of the expression of interest (when needed), selection and preparation of volunteers, implementation of the EVS activities (on-line support and follow-up of the EVS mentors, examples of activities, crisis management). - Training of the volunteers, - Training of the staff (EVS mentors) - Evaluation of each EVS projects
