➢ Program Manager for the A330’s wing harnesses manufacturing: • Manage a transfer of production from Airbus Bremen to LATelec GMBH • Build a consolidated planning, project organization, industrialization of the product (including PBS+WBS, components + tools purchasing, qualifications) • Use this project to develop the competences in Hamburg • Lead the serial production and Supply Chain involving up to 30 persons • Manage risks, budgets, expenses/invoices and Claim negotiation

➢ Project Manager for the manufacturing hall relocation to increase the production capacities: • Manage the team, planning and costs affected to the project. • Follow the new hall construction and equipping (electricity, Air pressure, server + network, offices, new tools and machines …). • Manage the transfer of all equipments (stock, tools, machines, offices ...). • Manage with the Quality the new hall qualification by the OSAC (aviation authorities) and by the customer.

➢ Project manager for the prototype “A350 Cabin 0” harness manufacturing and installation: • Concurrent management of the following tasks: design, preparation of manufacturing, BOM ordering, manufacturing and installation. • Organize and lead a team up to 20 persons on the overall activities • Manage the risks, budgets, costs and Claims.

➢ Responsible of the preparation activities on the Rework Electrical Center (REC) in the Final Assembly Line (FAL) of the A380: • Lead the preparation team involving up to 5 White Colars. • Ensure the proper work preparation for the production teams working at night and in the weekend (Preparation in terms of tools, access, feasibility and priority). • Monitor the workload against the capacities.

Planning Manager on the A400M nose fuselage (TBDNL) and after on the A380 eNDP FIH plateau (TBNLX): • Coordination of the electrical activities, between: Design Office, STG, FAL and other involved activities. • Management of manufacturing activities regarding Voltage Bundles, Voltage Units and FTI. (Labinal, LATelec, and internal manufacturing by TBLO) • Ensuring that the delivery dates and the Out-Standing Works (OSW) are in line with the manufacturing capacities per aircraft.

➢ Internship for Cemm Thomé (specialist of automobile lighting interconnections). The missions: • Installation of a new maintenance system managing entirely the assets (Plastic injection, crimping KOMAX machines …). • Set the procedures and teach the teams how to use the new system. • Set indicators to monitor and reduce the assets downtime.
