 Responsible to improve the productivity of Finishing or Semi Finished Goods for faster delivery of Finished Products by doing Time and Motion study.  Responsible for reducing the Scrap of Finished Products.  Responsible for Implementing lean manufacturing techniques such as Spiderman concept, Single Minute Exchange of Dies, Poka - yoke and Kanban Implementation.  Executing cost saving projects and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in O&M expenditures and work within the budget.
