Key achievements include establishing a global network of DAM experts, implementing robust policies, simplifying asset access for customers, and evaluating and implementing new management systems for global use.

I led a high-performing team of technical documentation specialists, ensuring efficient coordination of duties and job rotation for operational readiness across all product lines. Key contributions include reducing costs and extending service provider networks through outsourcing, administering a global template for technical documentation, implementing best practices for skill development and workload balance, and supporting Belimed's digitalization strategy.

I planned, designed, wrote, and published customer-oriented technical documentation for accessories, streamlining data management, cost control, quality, and delivery. Collaborating cross-functionally, I gathered and analyzed data to create content adhering to standards, guidelines, and regulations. Key contributions include administering and first-level support for the content management system, designing a global template for technical documentation, and developing standardized editing guidelines.
