- Project management and technical design of delivery projects, working towards business KPIs and customer satisfaction, providing project updates with customer. Reporting and communicating with carriers and other Telefonica teams in order to have the service on time.

- Operation and System Internship, gained experience in both areas. Several tasks were following per week, depending on the requirements of business. Experience in ITIL V3 processes in the audit forum for Security Operations.- Operating Systems obtained on major IT systems platforms (Lunix, Unix, Solaris and Windows)

- Management of Moodle’s platform to coordinate the data base of University subjects. - Development of multimedia videos through Wink software in order to explain the management of Moodle’s platform to teachers and students.
