• The company’s overall turnover increased up to 3% from the last year by newly developed products • The contribution of R&D to the turnover increased by 30-35% YoY successively for the past three years. • Enabled the company to save Taxes (150% to 200%) as per the government’s schemes from time to time. • Developed new products: Grease Additives, MWF additives, Corrosion Inhibitors, Emulsifiers, PU, Polymer Additives for various applications, etc.

• Organized the Laboratory staff and revised the testing system, hence, cleared the backlog of 28000 samples for testing in 3 years (instead of 15-20 years as per the old system) • Developed an economically viable Potash Extraction technique for potash reach bearings in India and published the research work based on ion leaching from various geological samples. • Implemented analytical SOPs; prepared laboratories for ISO and NABL accreditation.

• Ph.D. thesis title: Studies on Synthesis and Characterization of Graphene and its Composites. • Prepared and executed research plans to develop economically viable techniques for bulk synthesis of Carbon Nano-materials such as Graphene, Nano Scrolls, and their composites for various applications under the guidance of Prof. (Dr.) L. M. Manocha. • Honored as Meritorious Research Fellowship by University Grant Commission for three years during the Ph.D. coursework.
