Working in a team to manage the end to end development of video codecs. This involves translating the real-world requirements into technical specifications, followed by designing, developing, testing and then finally releasing the product and supporting the customer. I was also responsible for training and guiding engineers and provide consultancy about my product line to the Marketing & Sales team and the other technical teams.

Independently develop video codecs and components. I was involved in the development of multiple video codecs (H.264, H.263, MPEG4 & MPEG2) on different Texas Instruments DSP processors (Nethra, DM6467, OMAP3 etc.) for various applications. I acted as the single point of contact for the customer requirements and consultancy. Also, I was actively involved in facilitating recruitment drives and conducting technical interviews.

Designed, developed and tested video codecs. In the process enhanced quality, performance and robustness of the video codecs to set benchmarks in the industry.
