Defined and implemented Software Development Process. Designed system architecture enabling low cost Load Balancer to be scaled up to Enterprise Grade. Architected and developed layered structure with API layer in 64bit Linux C++ enabling configuration and maintenance by enterprise software systems. Resulting in market expansion into Enterprise segment where profit margins are at least 5 times higher.

Within 3 months of joining; successfully managed hardware and software integration to demonstrate capabilities of a new product at a prestigious trade show. Selected and assembled most suitable Linux Kernel, Device Drivers, SIP Stack and Prototype Boards out of many that were in various stages of development. Guided team members to work together to get three working units for demo. Successful Demo turned a new product into flagship product for company.

Gained Traffic Controller Type Approval from UK Highways Agency resulting in new opportunities for product deployment.

Setup new Software Development Lab resulting in smooth running of new team in a new Software Development Division.

Managed software development of critical features and enabled company to increase market share. Using ThreadX Embedded C, designed and implemented ping, traceroute and syslog features in TCP/IP stack used on Media Gateway resulting in 50% reduction in installation time. Enabled company to claim Failsafe and High Availability status for their Media Gateway product.. The product gained rigorous NEBS Level 3 Compliance Certification.

Developed core competency in Mobile Computing. Managed a team of engineers to gain competency in Mobile Computing. Planned project, got management approval for hardware, software and manpower resources. Successfully lead team to modify TCP/IP Stack in Linux Kernel to achieve 60% performance improvement for Wireless Networking. Resulting in company successfully bidding for projects in leading edge technology field.

Convinced the customer to buy Microprocessor Controlled Train Control System for their Metro Underground Railways. Wrote critical software components in C++. Convinced Metro Railways to place an immediate order worth 60 million Indian Rupees.
