Responsible for: - Customer Care / Call Centrum - In/Out Payments dpt. - UW - Back Office / Registration

- Process mng. + Responsible for PM processes, Project Portfolio, Change Board and PM training. Responsible for setting up, arranging and improving the PM Office. Main areas of responsibilities: Operations, Affinity& Affiliates Division: Participation on start up of the Affinity & Affiliates division (strategy, pipeline, KPI´s). Responsible for leading key company projects in A&A division. Start up bank assurance cooperation with biggest internet bank in CR.Manage the cooperation with biggest car dealers.

Lean Six Sigma department: - Responsible for projects management in ING CR/SR with impact on the company business strategy (main areas: Sales, Operatations, IT) - Delivered financial benefits of managed projects about 1 mio Euro - Preparation and reporting of LSS KPI´s - Preparation of LSS communication strategy - Certified Black Belt (04/2009)

Responsible for purchasing/tenders of all commodities for more then 100 000 CZK for all entities ING Retail CR/SR (for SR if tender done in CR) Responsible for observance of procurement policy and process. Communication of procurement policy and process to the organization. Control and management of company costs in the area of strategy purchases (about 1,2 bl. CZK) Negotiations with key suppliers Compliance, controlling, financial reporting

Communication with german businessmans/consumers Responsible for credit approval process up to EUR 10 ths.
