Responsible for the whole supply chain of Lindt products within CZ, SK & HU markets. Demand planning, supply planning, warehousing, co-packing and distribution. Business preparation of permanent and seasonal products, 3PL management, continuous increase of 3PL performance, projects - SAP development, customer service support.

>Set up working tools within Stock Management; link processes as Forecast, Order Management & Goods In Management together and control fulfillment based on actual business run rate. >Improve availability of key articles through better supplier performance, tracking tools within AO & better internal communication across departments. >Business development: successful opening of a new European DC, stock relocation, enter new territories & launch of new product categories

>Establish systems, processes and tools to implement AO business model in Germany successfully. >Close work with AO Warehouse, Commercial and Purchasing team and ensure timely delivery of bought stock to support AO sales plan. >Building relationships with our key suppliers to deliver the right stock levels and improve their performance. >Coordinating delivery schedules and other supply chain activities. >Develop periodic performance reports and distributes them to stakeholders.

> Responsible for planning of Tchibo non food articles to one distribution channel in Czech Republic. >Evaluation of sales data & determine action plans to achieve targets in S&OP. >Communication of Tchibo B2B Customers on relevant topics. >Participation on various projects within the whole company group.
