I joined SAP’s internal XM (exchange media) startup as Global Head for data management platform (DMP) and Chief Product Expert to create a market fit product by bridging between core SAP systems and the DSP. I assembled a 16-person team to design and develop the DMP for real-time advertising media acquisition and collaborated with the sales team to improve customer acquisition.
