Responsible for the P&L of the Medium and Low Voltage Division. Set up with 4 locations, 3 factories (organization with promotion, marketing, project management, product management, R&D, production with lean manufacturing concept , logistic, engineering, service and after sales departments in Jundiai, Manaus and Canoas cities), 2 sales network with 9 regions in Brazil covering end users, distributors, OEM, Integrators, home center, etc… Business volume of R$ 0”6 with 1400 employees.

Responsible for the P&L of the Medium Voltage BU, including air and gas switchgear, components up to 36kV. Organization with sales, PMO, product management, R&D, production, logistic, engineering and service. Introduced a new sales set up including distributors, OEM and partnering concept. Built up a new factory in Jundiai (lean manufacturing concept).Responsible also for the turn key projects inside the Energy Sector (transformers, protection, Scada and telecommunication systems, HV/MV/LV systems).

Responsible worldwide for the P&L of the Business Segment Energy Automation Communication Solutions, including Power Line Carrier, Teleprotection, Live Line Installation of OPGW, Optical Backbone, IP Solutions, Voice Systems, Broadband over Powerline Systems and Wireless Solutions. Organization with sales, project management, product management, R&D, production, engineering, service and after sales departments, 43 Set Up around the world.

Responsible for the P&L of the business unit Energy Automation, including substation automation and telecontrol systems, communication systems, power quality and protection systems in the electrical, transport, rail, industry, water & gas segment. Markets: Italy, Greece, and Malta. Responsible for the implementation of CoC (center of competence).. Introduced a project management process, including change management, risk management, cost controlling, contract management, HR management, ecc.

Responsible for the P&L of the business unit Power Automation, Telecommunication Systems and Scada Systems. Markets: Brazil, Paraguay, Argentine, Bolivia and United States (Atlanta and Washington) for the business of Date Centers. Organization with marketing, sales, project management, software engineering, hardware engineering and services departments.

Sales, bid management and project management activities: medium voltage systems, substation automation and protection systems for high voltage switchgears and power plants. One year working in Germany (1995).
