Provide enabling presentation & identify opportunities to Sales on up to date IMS solutions. Management and maintenance of a working end to end solution in test lab.

Manage Core and Intelligent Network Projects for Siemens Test Exchange. Identify and define engineering processes for the Department. Test and document installation procedures from Development. Enable and transfer of skill sets to others in the Department. Provide technical support to Management, Sales and Project leaders.

Plan and manage 3G and Wireless Mobile Data Projects for Carrier Business in the Asia Pacific Region. Take lead in the implementation and provide technical support for sales in providing timely solutions for customer. Conduct installation and field test of software and applications deployed in customer sites. Train both local company colleagues and customers on leading technologies. Provide regional support on emergency and enhancement requests from customer.
