- Project management: Lead and execute a variety of products delivery to agreed timescales. Review project risk and develop risk management plan. - Manage customers’ expectations, build and maintain customer relationship - Present several reports to internal stakeholders including project status, stock analysis, revenue forecast and material plans - Provide mentoring, coaching and direction setting to new team members

- Initiate project plan with R&D, supply chain and logistic. Track project status and report to internal stakeholders. Identify project risk and implement contingency plan - Communicate with customer regarding delivery plan, lead time and forecast on weekly basis. - Gather data from customers and conduct stock & sales analysis report on weekly basis - Coordinate between customer and logistic partner considering delivery document and delivery time

- Project management: responsible for small branding projects. Coordinate and act as main link between the local advertising agency and headquarters in China - Conduct financial analyses of competitors and collect industry trend analysis - Assist organization of branding events for customers and industry analysts - Track and report the implementation of marketing plans in Western Europe’s country offices

- Publish product information via company’s website and social media - Collect and report customers’ feedback

- Sales consulting in the area of financial products - Customer service: answer and fulfill customers’ requests in person and on the phone
