Offshore Materials Man onboard Semi Sub. Handle all daily storeroom operations and maintain safe working envirnoment within my area of responsiblilty. Train storekeepers on daily job operations. Communicate with Rig Supervisors and shorebase personnel on daily rig parts requirements. Generate PR for parts replacement as per company guidelines and monthly budgets.

Setup and maintain inventory on a new built offshore drilling rig. Perform monthly cycle inventory counts. Coach and develop Storekeepers to perform the rolls and the responsibilities of an offshore Storeman. Order supplies as required to meet max/min inventory levels. Document all equipment and materials received. Ensure all required documentation is completed for hazardous materials. Maintain safety in the stores department and promote safe practices as required by HSE department policies.

Buyer for equipment parts and expendable materials for use on Offshore Drilling Rigs. All rigs were working in international waters.

Draft Contracts and Projects for Supply House Inventory. Also, handled inside sales for clients assigned to me.

Handled purchases of materials for Offshore Driiling Units located in the Gulf of Mexico. Scheduled delivery to docks of materials required by each unit. Communicated daily with onshore/offshore management to update materials requirements.
