In the Google Search Team • Focused on data mining, data profiling, data validation, data quality assurance for the reconciliation of the Google Search Knowledge Graph. • Management of stakeholders and clients in various projects and provided training to off-site raters. • Designed and performed data dashboards in order to monitor and improve efficiency in data trend analysis and root cause analysis. • Data Analytical Tools used: Google SQL, Dremel, PLX, Google Dashboards, Google Spreadsheet, MS Word.

In the Google Shopping Team • I collected, processed and analyzed merchants’ data for Google Shopping Team. • Development of weekly reports and analysis to monitor data trends and patterns. • Responsible for data information and insights sharing to various stakeholders. • Working with engineers for machine learning to improve data retrieval mechanisms on various projects. • Data Analytical Tools used: Google SQL, Google Dashboards, Google Spreadsheet, MS Word & Excel.

In this position I have gained experience in: • Investigating and processing product complaints by following pharmaceutical quality procedures • Generating and writing up reports on investigations, root causes analyses and draw conclusions • Responding and coordinating inquiries from affiliates all over the world • Managing projects and conducting presentations for our team • Developing and maintaining stakeholder relationships with new/old stakeholders

After Masters studies, I created this start-up with fellow classmates by: • Creating a business idea • Developing a business idea and draft business plan • Building up a team for business execution

During Bachelor’s Degree I worked in this position with the following tasks: • Head of Marketing and Sales for Ant’s Bistro (Chinese restaurant in Melbourne China-Town) • Establishing business partners and developing business network in the hospitality, gastronomy and tourism industry • Running sales campaigns to promote the restaurant

I was the Assistant in International department in Oaktree Organization, which is the biggest Australian teenager volunteer organization committed to “Make Poverty History”. In this role, I contacted with other breach managers across all the other states in Australia organizing route planning, food supply and accommodation arrangement for the biggest event in a year –The Road Trip Event.

A major in Tourism well familiarized me with service-orientation and the importance of excellent service quality. My major indicates that I am very passionate about relationship-focused businesses. I am very keen on connecting with people and build up relationships with new clients.

I have obtained knowledge in multiple business areas during the study at USC. Mostly in the business areas of Banking & Finance, Accounting, Marketing and Entrepreneurship.

With double majors in Finance and Accounting, I have successful obtained all the accreditation courses for CPA and CFA level 1 examinations, which equipped me with full skill set regarding financial reporting and financial analysis.
