Inventory : Stock adj,F&D analysis, PPV FX, IC Recon,BS Recon.GL Closing Task: VAT transfer out,accrual expense & amortization, GL account reconciliation, Balance sheet and income sheet review, revenue & tax calculation,cost fluctuation analysis. FA : Create new assets in SAP, FA depreciation, transfer, discarding of fixed assets, ARO calculation. Team leader Work: review team activities, weekly meeting, handle escalations, weekly meeting with customer regarding to team performance.

Daily invoices processing.Own retail shop reimbursement, down payment. (Average 714 invoices per month) In charge of public mailbox of AP team, answering queries from group colleagues and vendors.Duty & Freight accrual, cost fluctuation analysis,interest journal entry booking, cash pool adj, down payment net-off, AP payment breakdown report. Intercompany open balance reconciliation and analyzing.

Shop in shop & own retail stores reconciliation, cash application, issue VAT invoices, cost fluctuation analysis, accrued expenses. Aging analysis of receivable accounts, checking tax report，urging the customer pay back the payment asap.
