- Supervision of local and cross-border trade and capital settlements - Profile set-up and account maintenance for corporate customers (SOE, MNC clients) - Operation risk control and compliance verification based on relative regulations - Customer relationship maintenance and cross-functional coordination with other departments - Regular internal and external reporting and routine regulation trainings to the team - Assist the manager with monthly reviews of the department performance
