Responsible for defining Smartphone and Tablet strategy, portfolio and product development. Developed leading competitive edge through strategic vendor sourcing and winning commercial negotiation. Worked very closely with ODM partners such as Foxconn, Pegatron to develop the qualified product in tight schedule. Sourced industry leading upstream suppliers to benefit COGs in the BOM, such as SoC, panel, power supply and IDH (Integrated design house) 

Managed Vodafone Group as strategic partner for ZTE. Set up full range of terminal portfolio customized for Vodafone incl feature phones, USB data sticks, Mi-Fi hotspot, Tablet and M2M modules. Drove product development with R&D center in China to ensure TTM and achieved sales targets. Breakthrough new platform innovative devices lunches for Vodafone. Honored with “2009 Outstanding Contribution Team” Award by ZTE Corporation HQ.

Response for Vodafone and T-Mobile Key account management in the Netherlands. Established sales channel in the region and achieved breakthrough contract with KPN and E-Plus. Managed product development in close cooperation with HQ in China.

Responsible development of online registration program to create new business opportunity and generated more value added service to target groups. Thorough analysis of competition and risks in the market, to create promotion idea for the student segment.
