Major Projects-Li-ion battery manufacturing lines, Volvo Eicher battery pack. Preparation of the Capex Revenue Budget for FY 2021 and Monitor budget consumption with tracking. Cost saving by making in house development and variants with programming.(Cost saving of 1.4 Cr)

Key responsibilities includes BIW Production support, Maintenance, Mechanical rebuild, troubleshooting and programming of KUKA Robots integrated with Allen Bradley PLC, Bosch weld controller for spot welding, Lincoln weld controller for arc welding, Emhart controller for stud welding and HMI. • Cycle time studies and constant improvements in eliminating idle time. • Analysis and improve processes for uptime and repeatability. • Support to Line builders and integrators in new projects.
