Implemented in-house Forecasting tool “4C” following the Basel, IFRS9, and FIM guidelines which replaced the existing 3rd party tool across HSBC group leading to cost savings of $1.2 M in form of elimination of License costs, reduction in training costs, and FTE save. Spearheaded the “Leaderboard Challenge HSBC Canada – 2012” – a cross-country performance scoring competition to augment Salesforce effectiveness, resulting in 25% efficiency improvement.

Prepared a market intelligence report for Fortune 500 Pharmaceutical Major on Managed Video Conference strategic procurement for its global offices. The project resulted in $175K per year save for the company. Developed Supplier capability matrix to rank the suppliers and suggested best practices for procurement after triangulating the data with primary experts. Proposed a strategic procurement plan for Pharma client for Lab Supplies (including lab equipments, chemicals and consumables).
